Rovo agent

TechLead has released a new special feature for Space Manager for Confluence Cloud: Rovo Chat Integration – Rovo Agent.

In this version, the Rovo agent will help you explore space-related data, answer key questions like space counts by category, spaces with no pages, and those with over 50 pages.

How to Use the Agent

Rovo must be enabled and properly configured in your Jira environment. Please refer to the Rovo Administration Guide for setup details:

To use this agent, follow these steps:

Access Rovo Chat in your Confluence Cloud.
Go to Browse Agents and search for the “Smart Space Manager” agent to find it quickly. You can also star the agent to make it easier to find next time via the Favorites tab.

Select ‘Smart Space Manager’ agent:
You can choose one of suggestion prompts or input your prompt in natural language.
Wait for the agent and the Smart Space Manager will return the information you need

This version, SGMC v3.0.0, includes 3 built-in prompts. However, TechLead plans to add many more prompts to the Smart Space Manager agent in future versions.
