Bulk actions

You can perform bulk actions on multiple spaces to archive, restore or delete spaces more quickly and efficiently. This guide explains how to bulk archive, bulk restore or bulk delete spaces.

To perform any bulk action, you need to select multiple spaces - at least 2 spaces by clicking the checkbox beside each Space Name. When you select 2 spaces or more, the Bulk Actions Bar will appear at the bottom of the list.

The Bulk Actions Bar shows the number of selected spacess and provides action buttons, including:

• Archive or delete permanently for Active counter
  

  Open

  

• Restore or delete permanently for Archive counter
  

  Open

  

You can also:

• Click Select all to automatically select all spaces in the list.

• Click Clear all to hide Bulk Actions Bar and deselect all selected spaces.

Archive multiple spaces

To archive multiple spaces at once:

1. On Active counter, select all spaces you want to archive, the Bulk Actions Bar will display.

2. Click Archive spaces button in the Bulk Actions Bar, a confirm popup will appear to let you confirm your action
   
   
   

   Open

   

3. Click Archive button to archive all selected spaces.

Restore multiple spaces

To restore multiple spaces at once:

1. On Archived counter, select all spaces you want to restore, the Bulk Actions Bar will display.

2. Click Restore spaces button in the Bulk Actions Bar, a confirm popup will appear to let you confirm your action.
   
   

   Open

   

3. Click Restore button to restore all selected spaces.

Delete multiple spaces

To delete multiple spaces at once:

1. Select all spaces you want to delete, the Bulk Actions Bar will display.

2. Click Delete permanently button in the Bulk Actions Bar, a confirm popup will appear to let you confirm your action
   
   

   Open

   

3. Click Delete button to permanently delete all selected spaces.
