Smart Space Manager for Confluence is an app built for admins to streamline the management of spaces in Confluence Cloud. It provides a simple and intuitive interface with key features to manage spaces more efficiently at scale.

• List view of all Confluence spaces (active & archived),

• Smart counters to easily filter spaces and count the number of spaces (Active & Archived),

• Create a new space with custom name, key, permissions & description,

• Actions on active & archived spaces: Edit space / Edit permissions / Export space / Archive space / Delete permanently,

• Bulk Actions on spaces: Archive space / Delete permanently,

• Search by space name or key,

• Filter spaces by category,

• Rovo agent supporting 3 ready-to-use prompts,
