Once the Notification Center app is installed, users data will be stored securely in our app using Forge SQL.

Our app stores different kind of data using Forge SQL database such as:

• Atlassian Account IDs

• Event IDs and data

• Work items data such as work item keys, assignees / watchers / reporters account ids, created and updated dates

This minimal data storage is strictly used to enable the core features of our app. We do not store user names, user email addresses, or any other personally identifiable information. You can view details and security in the Data storage page.

At TechLead, we take data security seriously. All our Atlassian Cloud apps are built on the Forge platform and follow Atlassian’s security standards and GDPR requirements. We also comply with Atlassian's user privacy guidelines, including reporting stored Atlassian Account IDs to Atlassian every 7 days and updating or erasing the data for users according to Atlassian's response..

You can remove a user from our data storage by clicking on Delete. Then, a confirmation popup will appear to confirm your action.

Once deleted, that user data will no longer stored in our app and the user’s events data will not be tracked.
