Configure the gadget to receive notifications

After adding a Notification Center for Jira gadget to a dashboard, you can configure it to show only notifications you prefer. Open the ‘Configuration’ of gadget:

You can now focus on the select fields in the left column:

1. Select a status, multiple statuses, or all statuses from the dropdown list to filter and display only notifications with the selected status,

2. Select a space, multiple spaces, or all spaces from the dropdown list to filter and display only notifications belonging to the selected spaces.

3. Select a work type, multiple work types, or all work types from the dropdown list to filter and display only notifications with the selected work types.

4. Select a time range to filter and display only notifications within the selected period: Today, Yesterday, Last 3 days, Last 7 days, or Last 30 days.

For each select field, you can also enter a keyword to search for the desired statuses, spaces, or work types.

You can now focus on Notification Status in the right column:

1. Turn on/off the ‘Show unread’ toggle to display/hide the Unread notifications,

2. Turn on/off the ‘Show read’ toggle to display/hide the Read notifications.

You can now focus on Notification Types options in the right column:

1. Choose to filter and display the notications that you are mentioned by checking or not the matching checkbox,

2. Choose to filter and display the notications that you are the reporter by checking or not the matching checkbox,

3. Choose to filter and display the notications that are about the work items’ status changed by checking or not the matching checkbox.
   
   

Click button to save the configuration and view the notification list you prefer.
