View the notifications of a work items on a thread

Older notifications of the same work item are always grouped together and collapsed, display below the most recent notification. To view the entire notification thread of a work item, click the collapsed notifications indicator.

Now you can view the notification thread of a work item, which is sorted by time from newest to oldest.

• Click More than to load and display older notifications.

• Click Less than to collapse the notifications again.

Within a thread, you can manage notifications as usual:

• Mark as read/unread a single notification,

• Add or remove a single notification from Starred,

• Remove a single notification.

In addition, you can manage the entire thread:

• Click Mark group as read to mark all notifications in the thread as read.

• Click the Group star icon to add all notifications in the group to Starred, or remove them from Starred.

• Click the ‘X’ button to remove all notifications in the thread.
